Very similar to Pole Mallakhamb, The only difference is the Rope used instead of a Pole. It’s more focus on demanding sport. Typically the rope is 5.5m long, & approximately 1-2 cm in diameter. The rope is caught by the performer in the gap of the big toe and second toe along with one or both hands. We coach individuals of all age group.
